Part 1: The followers’ deadliest mindset
1.1 The “Chicken” & “Tough guy” story
The “Chicken”
If your normal bet is 100 per bet and you have successfully win around 700 up (just example). You are thinking that you are quite lucky tonight and most of the tipsters are also on red hot form and u decides to continue betting.
Now, what is your next bet amount you going to punt?
1. Still the same amount 100/bet? (Slow & steady)
2. Increase your bet amount slowly. (Maybe 150 or 200 per bet)
3. Others type of amount which lesser than half of your winning amount.
4. Split half of your winning to bet on 2 games?
5. Or Whack the whole winning in 1 “Super Picks”? (I think there only a few people will do this)
Well, I always have this kind of mindset:
“Winning this much [amount of money] is not easy; I should go slow and steady in order to keep my winning and I should not whack”
I will normally go for the punting way of 1~3.
Now, the “Tough Guy”
Sunday night, Payday tomorrow (Monday) and I am red 200. After playing for 2~3 hours, still didn’t see any improvement still hanging around at 200++
After carefully observing all the picks recommend by the forum tipster, decided to “Whack” 300 on 1 game that 3 tipsters highly recommendation. Hope that the pick recommended by the tipsters can clear and I am back to the blue sea.
“Tough Guy, Right?”
If the pick clear, what happen next?
If the pick dead, what going to happen next?
A simple thing to think about it:
“So, am I a “Chicken” or a “Tough Guy”? “
My way:
Today, if I am blue, I will whack 1/3 of my winning for the current day on the confident picks by tipster, and I will reserve another 1/3 for another “Whack” game. As for the remaining 1/3, I will use it for normal bet.
I personally encourage “Whack”, but one should only “Whack” when are blue, but not “Whack” on the game when are red.
Lastly, always remember no matter how confident or how many tipsters pick the same game, if you are in red, don’t whack, and just let it be, play normal.
“Don’t “Whack” when the time is not right, even the game picked is dammm right”
1.2 Set the “LOSING TARGET” but not “Winning Target”.
If you observe properly, most tipsters when start to out of form, they will say something like the following, eg.
“If no clear, will stop for tonight, fight back tomorrow.”
“No form today, last bet for tonight, good night”
“If win, we continue; if lose, I close shop for tonight”
If their picks really lose in the end, normally the tipsters will off for that night.
But what happen to the “Follower”, you will see they start to talk something like below, eg.
“Let fight back”
“I need a whack bet to recover”
“My account only left [this much money], bro x, I need a recover bet”
Now, do you know why most followers lose in the end? Yes, they don’t set a losing target. They never set how much they want to lost on a particular night and they will never stop. When lost, they look for other tipster to follow again. And they continue to bet.
So when will the “follower” going to stop?
Yes! We will stop when we lost all our account credit. Then we will only stop. (Target Achieve, all credit lost, cannot bet anymore)
Most of us as a “follower” always keep on to set our winning target only, but “Refuse/Ignore” to set our losing target. This is one of the most deadly traps which most “follower” always fall into.
To me, I always set only 1 type of Targets, which is
“The Daily losing target (Trust me, never ever set a weekly losing target)”
Like myself, I will settle my bet with my bookies on every week basic. So I will set my daily losing target, once I reach my losing target, no matter what happen later that night, I will force myself to close the betting website and forget about the night.
Fight back! Yes, sure I will still continue to fight back, but tomorrow, not today anymore.
